Future Daddy Abhishek: 'It is a big moment!'

This Heroine is expecting the most blissful gift that God can bestow: motherhood. Even as Amitabh Bachchan broke the good news on Twitter about the proverbial stork all set to visit Aishwarya Rai Bachchan after four years of matrimony, there has been a flurry of activity in the ace family household.

Scores of congratulatory calls and an endless stream of visitors have zoomed in to express their happiness at the news that "Aishwarya is expecting."

Amid all this, as Senior Bachchan addressed media queries over the issue and unabashedly bared his glee, the scion was comparatively silent. Until now, that is.

"The feeling has not sunk in as yet and we're still busy sharing the news. The realisation will come later, but right now, I am kind of numb and it is a big moment," Abhishek Bachchan is quoted to have said.

"Now, you know why I have been keeping out of the public eye," states Aishwarya in a tabloid quote. "Abhishek and I are super happy and it's a matter of happiness for our families and that makes all the difference."
