Trisha in Malayalam?
One of South India’s top heroine Trisha Krishnan will soon make her debut in Malayalam films. Reports from the Arabian sea side tell us that the tamil beauty is all set to act as Prithviraj’s heroine in Director Deepan’s next film.
The film titled ‘Hero’ is scripted by Vinod Guruvayoor. Trisha debuted in films in 1999 in Tamil, where she climbed the ranks quickly to become the most sought after actress in Kollywood. Though she has worked in Tollywood and even Bollywood she has given a miss to Mollywood, where she has a huge fan base. She played a Malayalee Christian girl in last year’s ‘Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa’ which was a superhit.
Other rumours surrounding the film relate to Tamil actor Srikanth playing the villain. Srikanth was the hero of Prithviraj’s debut film in Tamil, ‘Kanakanden’. Prithvi played the negative role in the film.
Others in the cast include Thalaivasal Vijay, Nedumudi Venu, Arun, Anil Murali, Guinness Pakru and Kottayam Nazeer. The technical crew consists of Cinematographer Bharani K. Dharan. The music is by Gopi Sundar and lyrics will be penned by the team of Shibu Chakarvarthy and Anil Panachooran.
